In the UK there are an estimated 320,000 homeless people.

Together we can help those in Telford and Wrekin.

Our aim

Our aim is to raise much needed funds for local housing charities to enable them to continue with the great work in helping homeless people.

Many people would like to help those suffering with homelessness but are not sure who or how to assist but are now able to do so through our Donate button. As we have a number of great charities operating within Telford & Wrekin who provide much needed services for those suffering from homelessness we aim to meet an initial target of £100,000 which will be divided equally between local housing charities.

Visit Our Partners page for more information about the work they do.

If you are an organisation or faith group that would like to provide donations to our local homeless charities you can do so by registering your interest here.

Once you have registered you will be able to access an up-to-date list of items the charities require to help homeless and vulnerable people.

You will then be able to select the items you would like to provide and the local charity will then contact you to arrange the next steps.

Who we are

We are a group of organisations who work in the housing sector, working together to help homelessness.  The organisations consist of; Telford & Wrekin Council, ManinPlace, KiP@ManinPlace, Stay Telford and YMCA Wellington.

At the heart of our services is our commitment to helping those suffering from homelessness and finding solutions to assist clients into accommodation.  Homelessness is everybody's business and highlights our aim to raise awareness of homelessness and co-ordinate our approach, both across the Council and the community.
